Enhancing Employee Well-Being at Corporate Commons Three

May 6, 2026 | Hospitality Enhancing Employee Well-Being at Corporate Commons Three

Staten Island, New york

Located on the Teleport Campus in Staten Island, Corporate Commons Three stands as a forward-thinking example of modern workplace design. This office building brings together cutting-edge architecture, sustainability, and employee-focused amenities in one cohesive environment.

The campus-like setting incorporates walking paths, public art, and natural elements that create an engaging experience for visitors and employees. To complement this thoughtfully designed environment, they chose an all-steel custom shelter that enhances how employees use the space. The structure is a 24' x 32' Monoslope featuring white powder coat frame and a matching Bone White roof. Positioned adjacent to a water fountain and surrounding landscaping, the shelter integrates seamlessly into the space while offering a functional, inviting outdoor gathering space.

More than just a visual addition, the shelter provides a dedicated outdoor space for employees to step away from their desks, whether for lunch, informal meetings, or a quick break. In a workplace designed to rival the amenities of Manhattan office buildings, outdoor spaces like this play an important role in supporting employee well-being and productivity.

At Corporate Commons Three, every detail contributes to a more dynamic and human-centered workplace. The addition of the shelter extends that vision outdoors by creating a comfortable outdoor space for employees to recharge, connect, and enjoy their surroundings.
