Andalucia Park

Located in magnificent Albuquerque, New Mexico Andulucia Park features an open field, basketball court, and playground. As a part of the City of Albuquerque’s park system the goal of Andulucia Park is to help people connect with nature and each other. The Andulucia Park needed a space for patrons to retreat from the blazing New Mexico sun in the spring and summer months. The City of Albuquerque’s parks department partnered with SRP Shelter to give park goers an open air shelter that blocks the suns UV rays. SRP manufactured a duo-top hexagonal structure featuring a 24 gauge R-Panel roof. This shelter’s modern structure compliments Albuquerque’s urban city life while the geometric shape complements the traditional home structure of Albuquerque.
