### *Quincy, Massachusetts*

Located along Town River Bay in Quincy, Mass., Mound Street Beach is a popular public destination featuring a sandy beach, open green space, walking paths, and a playground. It's a valued gathering space for families and visitors alike.

To complement the park's existing amenities, they added an [all-steel Gable End shelter](https://srpshelter.com/products/gable-end-shelter) designed to create a comfortable picnic area. This 12' x 18' shelter has an Iced Coffee powder coated frame and a Roman Blue roof, which creates a visually striking addition that blends naturally with the beachside setting and surrounding landscape.

The picnic shelter offers visitors with a comfortable place to relax, gather for picnics, and enjoy the views of the water. With increased demand for functional outdoor public spaces, well-designed shelters play an important role in improving the usability and enjoyment of parks.

The addition of this shelter is a great example of how thoughtful site amenities can elevate outdoor environments while providing lasting value to the community.
