Aventine West Melbourne
Aventine West Melbourne is a gated apartment community that offers luxe living and touts its complete, state-of-the-art spaces for outdoor and indoor community activities. The complex has no shortage of community amenities, including a resort-style pool, a bark park, and a playground.
Knowing outdoor amenities is one key factor when choosing a place to live, Aventine West Melbourne teamed with our partner Southern Recreation to create outdoor recreational spaces that rise above the competition. Together, they created a playground area, a bark park, and three shaded spaces.
The bark park, which is a big attractor for parents of pets, includes Superior's Puppy Paradise dog park package that includes six dog agility pieces. Another big plus? The complex included pet wash stations, which are shaded by one of our 12’ x 20’ Hip End Shelters.
The complex also created outdoor picnic areas with our 12 x 20’ Hip End Shelters and our site furnishings. They chose a classic white frame with a beige roof for their shelters to compliment the sea-inspired colors of the apartment complex.
